Returns

• Returns or claims for missing packages must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
